The objectives of the FIRE Technology working group is to:

  • consider and identify the important technology trends that should become a priority for both FIRE facilities and the overall FIRE programme i.e. what types of technology should be provided by current and future FIRE facilities in order to continue to support cutting edge research and experimentation in the field of Future Internet Technologies;
  • help shape the experimentation lifecycle across FIRE, i.e., what services should be offered? what technologies should implement these services? how converged should the experimentation services be?
